Sriraman PK
Sriraman is a social sector thought leader and a finance expert. He has demonstrated significant achievements in process simplification, enhancing operational efficiency and driving impactful social investments for donor-funded organisations.
Over the years, he has served as CFO for prominent development sector organisations including HelpAge India, WaterAid and Public Health Foundation of India. He is a Management Graduate from IRMA and Associate Member (ACMA) of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Kolkata, India.
Sriraman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Piramal Foundation.

Mahesh Sane
Mahesh Sane is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Piramal Critical Care. He oversees the finance function across Piramal Critical Care’s global operations in the United States, Europe, and India. Mahesh earned his master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University, a professional qualification in Cost Accounting from ICWA India, and acquired another professional qualification as a Certified Chartered Accountant from ACCA in Glasgow, UK.
An experienced finance professional with over 23 years in the manufacturing industry, Mahesh began his career at Cadbury in Mumbai. He has worked across diverse sectors including food, steel, textiles, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Mahesh joined Piramal Group in 2007 as General Manager (Divisional Controller) for the vitamin business.
Key Contributions:
• Led the financial turnaround of Piramal’s vitamin business.
• Spearheaded finance management for Piramal’s Contract Manufacturing and Critical Care businesses.
• Contributed to business re-engineering, financial management, budgeting, internal controls, banking relations and risk management.
